- Our expertise in this area include providing advice on interpretation of constitutional provisions, relevant legislation intended to implement specific aspects of the Constitution, constitutional litigation, judicial review and human rights litigation. We are frequently invited to advise government departments on policy development, facilitate consideration of legislation by parliamentary committee and training public bodies on compliance. We are called upon to facilitate training of Judges and Magistrates on complex areas of law. We undertake complex constitutional litigation cases through the high court, court of appeal and Supreme Court. We have the presence, experience and the courage to engage on complex issues of public importance.
