Our recent experience of our ADR team include:

• representing an International Property Developer in a complex arbitration with a state corporation over acquisition and ownership of a large property,
• we represented a major fintech Company in revenue management dispute with local service providers;
• We have acted for a County Government in a complex housing project involving environmental, compulsory acquisition and financing aspects of its projects.
• We have undertaken complex arbitration work for three associated companies on high value property investment in Kenya on matter including interpretation of the joint venture agreements, construction contract and project financing.
