Rebecca Mogire, LLB, Post Grad Dip in Law, MCIArb

Rebecca Mogire holds an LLB degree from the University of Nairobi School of Law, Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and is currently pursuing her LLM at the University of Nairobi. Rebecca has extensive experience in all areas of law majorly specializing in commercial litigation and arbitration. At the Firm she has led considerable litigation at all levels of Kenyan courts and Tribunals. She has experience to handle complex commercial and white-collar criminal litigation. Her recent experience includes successful defense of a Property Development for environment related litigation before the National Environment Tribunal until the Court of Appeal, Representation of high-level white-collar clients in investigations by EACC and banking fraud investigation department of the Central Bank and related litigation, Tax Litigation for a major commodities importer, and Several Competition Disputes. She has strong research and impeccable legal writing and document management skills that makes her particularly useful in complex matters involving multiple parties or issues. Ms. Mogire is the former Member of the Kenyan Competition Tribunal.
